Pricing
Eden is an out-of-network, cash-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. I can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, though reimbursement depends on your plan. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

90 minutes. Full history, movement assessment, and treatment, with time to build a plan together.

60 minutes, one on one. What you actually need, not what an insurance plan allows.

Most birth preparation teaches what to do. This teaches what your body can do.
A private session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic health, covering positioning and body mechanics for labor and delivery, breathing and pushing strategies, and hands-on techniques your partner can use to support you. Massage and counterpressure, perineal preparation if you'd like, and how you'll both move together on the day.
